Besides music, art has always been a huge part of Michael's life. As a young boy, he would draw his favorite comic-book characters, robots and monsters. During his teen years, he worked at perfecting his skills. Though he had no formal art training, Michael found it easy to convey what he envisioned in his mind onto paper or canvas. Over the years he drew and painted many, many pictures, most of which he gave away. His first love is drawing, then painting, but Michael has also experimented with computer-generated art for several years now. Besides doing the artwork for his new cd A Puppet's Palace, Michael was also recently commissioned to do a series of pencil portraits of famous rock stars.
